The lemon pound cake was excellent. It was moist and with the right sweetness. I bought it for my goddaughter’s birthday and it was a huge hit.
I fried a piece in butter 3 days later and topped it with a scoop of ice cream.

I purchased the Lemon Pound cake to Bless a very dear friend during her time of bereavement after the passing of her Beloved brother. It was successfully delivered to her in less than 48 hrs. I was so happy about the quick turnaround since it was a perishable item. Upon receipt, my friend advised that the cake was not only a great idea at the time and for such an occasion, but that the cake (appropriate comfort food) was delicious --- very good flavor & taste. She and her family, friends & loved ones that visited loved the cake! I almost took a drive to the other side of town to grab a slice! I spoke to the owner, Melanie, immediately after placing the order due to a website online admin issue which was my fault ("user error"). She was so pleasant, kind, helpful and warm, which gave me confidence in trusting that the cake was going to be EXCELLENT!!! And it was indeed!
