I was pleasantly surprised at the way these cakes were packaged. I didn't want to eat them right away so placed them in my freezer. When it was time for our Thanksgiving dessert, I pulled a few out, thawed them, and heated them for 8 seconds in the microwave. Holy moly, were they scrumptious! I give these cakes a 5 star rating. Very delicious!
